I provide a compassionate and empathic space, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to support my clients with their needs. Clients will learn how their thoughts, feelings, behaviours and physical sensations are connected. They learn how to challenge and change their unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns that maintain their presenting issues.

Often, people hesitate to reach out because their problems are too “small”. All feelings and experiences are valid. Everyone struggles on some level, at some point in their life and everyone is deserving of support and compassion. I know how hard it is to take the first step. I promise to bring my authentic self as well as my expertise to our time together.
